Songtape is a music composition web application that allows users to create, organize, and manage music projects, including songs, albums, scores, and concert setlists.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to be responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Songtape allows you to create, upload, and share musical content. You retain intellectual property rights to all content you create on the platform. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use said content to provide the service.
You agree not to use the service to: infringe intellectual property rights, publish illegal or harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users or systems, interfere with the operation of the service.
The service and its original content (excluding user content) are the property of Songtape and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Songtape shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or interruption of the service.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to their conflict of law provisions.
